Comparison with other experimental values and ENSDF evaluation. Modular Total Absorption Spectrometer (MTAS) array of 19 NaI(Tl) coupled with auxiliary Si-strip detectors at the mass separator and Tandem accelerator at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

Single-particle and collective excitations in 66Zn

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 26Mg(48Ca, 4nα), E=275, 290, 320 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γ(θ), γγ-coin. 66Zn; deduced levels, J, π, angular correlation ratios, experimental angular distribution coefficients, δ, rotational bands structure, high-spin states. Comparison to spherical shell-model calculations using the jj44b and JUN45 effective interactions. Experimental data on rotational band is compared to the calculations made within configuration-fixed constrained covariant density functional theory (CDFT) and the quantum particle rotor model (PRM) formalism. Systematics for superderformed bands in 60Zn, 66Zn, 68Zn, 68Ge. Gammasphere array with 101 detectors in conjunction with the fragment mass analyzer (FMA) and a microchannel plate (MCP) detector at ATLAS accelerator (ANL).

Decay spectroscopy of the blocked fission product 130I

RADIOACTIVITY 130I(β-)[from 130Te(p, n), E=7.5 MeV]; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γγ(θ). 130Xe; deduced levels, J, π, δ, transition intensities, γγ-angular correlations. Uncertainty of the strongest transition improved by a factor 2. Comparison to other experimental data. Measurement with Gammasphere array consisted of 49 Compton-suppressed HPGe detectors (ANL). Source was produced by irradiation at the Brookhaven Tandem Van de Graaff facility. Estimated source strength was around 11 μCi.

RADIOACTIVITY 141Ba(β-)[from β- decay of 141Cs beam produced as fission fragment in 252Cf(SF) at the CARIBU-ANL facility]; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γγ(θ) using the GAMMASPHERE array with 99 Compton-suppressed HPGe detectors. 141La; deduced levels, J, π, multipolarities, multipole mixing ratios, β feedings, logft. Comparison with previous experimental results, including total absorption gamma-spectra (TAGS) data, and with evaluated data in the ENSDF database. Relevance to decay heat in reactors, and reactor antineutrino spectrum. Decay-scheme figure is given in the Supplemental material of the paper.

No evidence for production of nuclei near the N=126 shell.

First candidates for γ vibrational bands built on the [505] 11/2- neutron orbital in odd-A Dy isotopes

Systematics of level energies versus spin for γ bands in 154,155,156,157,158Dy and 152,153,154,155,156Gd.

Nuclear structure insights into reactor antineutrino spectra

Deduced linear dependence of logarithm of the cross section averaged antineutrino spectra with (3Z-A) for 232Th to 245Cm fissioning systems.
