Wide-range Active Silicon Strip Stopper Array for β and ion detection (WAS3ABi) coupled with EUROBALL-RIKEN Cluster Array (EURICA) which consisted of 12 cluster detectors at RIKEN.

Comparison with shell model and Nilsson model calculations. Systematic of Gamow-Teller strengths of 1+ states in 136,140,142I, 142,146Cs, 142,144,146,148La, 146Pr. 139I; observed γ rays.
