Measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin using Gammasphere array with 73 Compton-suppressed HPGe detectors. 155Sm, 159Gd; deduced high-spin levels, J, π, νi13/2 bands, with the two signature partners, alignments and signature splitting. Discussed systematics of νi13/2 structures in N=91, 93, 95, and 97 isotopes: 153,155,157Sm, 155,157,159Gd, 157,159,161Dy, 151Ce, 153,155Nd, 161,163Er, 163,165Yb.
