Comparison with theoretical calculations using a new particle-rotor model coupling the total angular momentum of two quasiparticles to a triaxial core in an orthogonal geometry.

Improved measurement of the 02+ → 01+ E0 transition strength for 72Se using the SPICE spectrometer

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 40Ca(36Ar, 4p), E=120 MeV from TRIUMF-ISAC-II linear accelerator; measured reaction products, Eγ, Iγ, ce, γγ-coin, (ce)γ-coin, and (ce)γ(t) using TIGRESS array of 12 HPGe clover detectors for γ detection, and SPICE array and a Si(Li) detector for conversion electrons. 72Se; deduced levels, T1/2 of 937, 0+ level, I(937, E0)/I(γ+ce)(75γ, E2) ratio, qK2(E0/E2) and ρ2(E0, 937) transition strength. Comparison with previous experimental results, and with two state mixing theoretical calculations for the g.s. and the first 2+ state. Systematics of experimental B(E2) and ρ2(E0) strengths in 66,68,70,72,74Ge, 68,70,72,74,76Se, 70,72,74,76,78Kr.

Comparison with recent measurements, evaluated data in AME-2016 and ENSDF database, and with predictions from theoretical mass models: FRDM2012, HFB-24, WS4, KTUY05, and DZ95. Radioactive indium beams produced in UCx(p, X), E=480 MeV reaction, followed by selective ionization using an ion-guide laser ion source (IG-LIS), and mass separated by ISAC mass separator, and finally sent to MR-TOF-MS system consisting of a helium-filled rf transport system and injection trap, an electrostatic time-of-flight mass analyzer, and a MagneTOF detector. 128,128mIn, 128,128mSn, 128Sb, 128Cs, 128I, 128Te, 128Xe; measured mass spectrum for A=128 nuclei. Systematics of energies of 1/2- isomers in 101,103,105,107,109,111,113,115,117,119,121,123,125,127,129,131,133In. Relevance to future r-process calculations, including the effect of isomers.

Comparison with theoretical calculations using three-dimensional tilted axis cranking covariant density functional theory (3D TAC-CDFT), TAC-CDFT, and multi-quasiparticle particle-rotor model (MQ-PRM). Complete level scheme and bands to appear in a forthcoming paper.

Comparison with previous experimental results. Proposed further experiments to improve uncertainty of the superallowed branching ratio for tests of the CVC hypothesis.
