Measured Coulomb excitation yields analyzed using GOSIA least-squares fitting code. 130Xe; deduced levels, J, π, E2 and M1 matrix elements, B(E2), B(M1), spectroscopic quadrupole moments (Q) for the first 2+ and 4+ states and second 2+ state, and shape parameters for the 0+ ground state. Comparison with previous experimental data, and with several theoretical model calculations.

NUCLEAR STRUCTURE 130Xe; calculated levels, J, π using general Bohr Hamiltonian with the mean-field theory and Universal Nuclear Energy Density Functional (UNEDF0), shell-model with the GCN50:82 and SN100PN interactions, Davydov-Filippov and γ-soft phenomenological models; calculated quadrupole shape invariants for 0+ ground state and the first 2+ state using general Bohr Hamiltonian (GBH) model.
