Coulomb excitation of the IT_zI = 1 over 2, A=23 mirror pair

NUCLEAR REACTIONS Ti(²³Na, ²³Na), E=42.9, 39.4 MeV; Ti(²³Mg, ²³Mg), E=42.9 MeV; measured reaction products, Eγ, Iγ, (particle)γ. ²³Na, ²³Mg deduced E2 matrix elements, B(E2), spectroscopic quadrupole moments, δ. GOSIA analysis of Coulomb excitation reactions. Comparison to other experimental data and theoretical calculations (shell model with the USDB interaction and ab initio calculations using the valence-space in-medium similarity renormalization group). TIGRESS array of 14 clover-type HPGe detectors with BGO Compton suppression at TRIUMF-ISAC facility.
