Spectroscopic quadrupole moments in 124Xe

NUCLEAR REACTIONS W(124Xe, 124Xe), E=4.03, 4.11 MeV/nucleon; measured reaction products, recoil nuclei, Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. 124Xe; deduced levels, J, π, rotational bands, transition matrix elements, B(E2), spectroscopic quadrupole moments. Coulomb excitation analysis performed with GOSIA. Data confirms that O(6) symmetry is substantially broken in 124Xe and point on prolate axially deformed nature of the ground state band. Systematic of spectroscopic quadrupole moments for Sn, Te, Xe and Ba. VAMOS++ magnetic spectrometer with AGATA g-ray tracking array at GANIL.

Experimental evidence of the effect of nuclear shells on fission dissipation and time

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 12C(238U, 238U), (238U, 239Np), (238U, 240Pu), E=6.14 MeV/nucleon; 240Pu, 239Np(n, F), E=thermal; analyzed experimental data on fission fragment production from 238U, 239Np and 240Pu; deduced average fission barrier, dissipation energy as a function of the fragment split, local even-odd staggering as a function of the fragment charge, the asymmetry of the split as the ratio between the light fragment charge and that of the fissioning system and the time to transfer unpaired protons. Pointed on effect of particular nuclear shells on the dissipation and fission dynamics.

New narrow resonances observed in the unbound nucleus 15F

Data has been analyzed and interpreted in the framework of the Gamow shell model (GSM) with the coupled-channel representation (GSMCC). Beam provided by SPIRAL1 facility (GANIL). Detectors: MUST2 (telescope composed of DSSD and CsI array) for (14O, p) reaction and MUGAST array (MUST2+VAMOS magnetic spectrometer+AGATA HPGE-array).

Evidence for spherical-oblate shape coexistence in 87Tc

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 54Fe(36Ar, 2np)87Tc, E=115 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, (particle)γ-coin using AGATA array with 11 triple-cluster segmented HPGe detectors, DIAMANT array with 60 CsI(Tl) scintillators for protons, NEDA and NeutronWall arrays for neutrons with 54 and 42 organic liquid scintillator detectors at the GANIL facility. 87Tc; deduced levels, J, π, band-like structure, g.s. Jπ, intensity ratios in different channels, configurations, spherical behavior. Comparison with shell model and total Routhian surface calculations, and with their previous results reported in 2021Li40 (Phys. Rev. C 104, L021302).

Comparison with the structures of neighboring odd-mass N=44 and N=43 isotonic chains, and with shell-model calculations. Systematics of positive-parity yrast states in 83Y, 85Nb, 87,89,91,93Tc.

Comparison with previous work and large-scale sd-pf shell model calculations. Systematics of energies of first 2+ and 4+ states and B(E2) for 38,40,42,44S nuclei. 38S; measured Eγ, Iγ.
