Comparison with previous experimental results.

Comparison with available previous measurements, and with IBM-2 and IBM-CM calculations. Discussed B(E2)(first 4+ to first 2+)/B(E2)(first 2+ to g.s.) ratios.

Comparison with previous experimental results. Proposed further experiments to improve uncertainty of the superallowed branching ratio for tests of the CVC hypothesis.
