Coulomb excitation. 202,204Rn; deduced levels, E2 matrix elements, spectroscopic quadrupole moment, B(E2). GOSIA analysis of experimental data for 202,204Rn and 109Ag, 120Sn from Coulomb excitation. Comparison with state-of-the-art beyond-mean-field model calculations. Systematics of energies and transition quadrupole moments of yrast states, B(E2) and quadrupole deformation for first 2+ states in 198,200,202,204,206,208,210,212Rn.

Discussed electric dipole moment (EDM). Coulomb excitation data analyzed using GOSIA computer code. Comparison with self-consistent mean-field theory, and cluster model calculations. Systematics of Q1, Q2 and Q3 for 218,220,222,224,226Rn, 220,222,224,226,228Ra.
