Comparison with large-scale shell model, and constrained Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov calculations with the Gogny D1S interaction. Discussed onset of collectivity in Nd isotopes below the N=82 shell closure from B(E2) systematics in 132,134,136,138,140Nd, 136Ce, 140,142Sm.
