Structure of the low-lying states in 99, 101, 103, 105Pd

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 90,92,94Zr(12C, 3n), E=45 MeV; 96Zr(13C, 4n), E=55 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. 94Zr(12C, 3n), E=56 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin with plunger device. 99,101,103,105Pd; deduced levels, J, π, B(M1), B(E2), T1/2 of excited states, multipolarity, δ, high-spin states, bands structure. Half-lives were determined by centroid shift method, deconvolution method and differential decay curve method (on case of 103Pd experiment with plunger). Comparison with rigid triaxial rotor plus particle model (RTRPM) calculations. RoSphere array comprised of 8 HPGe and 11 LaBr3:Ce detectors at IFIN-HH (Romania).

Fast-timing measurements in the ground-state band of 114Pd

RADIOACTIVITY 252Cf(SF); measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, level half-lives by fast-timing γγ(t) technique using Gammasphere array with 51 HPGe detectors, and FATIMA array with 25 LaBr3(Ce) detectors at the Argonne National Laboratory. 114Pd; deduced levels, J, π, half-lives for the first 2+, 4+ and 6+ states, B(E2), transition quadrupole moments, β2. Comparison of experimental B(E2) values with those predicted by the vibrator, rigid axial rotor, Wilets-Jean and Davydov-Filippov models. Systematics of B(E2) values for the first 2+ state in Z=44-48, N=56-74 even-even nuclei.

Results preliminary, the main aim was the feasibility study.
