Lifetime measurements in the odd-A nucleus 177Hf

RADIOACTIVITY 177mLu(β-)[from thermal neutron activation of Lu(NO3)3 at the FRM2 reactor in Garching]; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, half-lives of levels in 177Hf by γγ(t) and generalized-centroid-difference (GCD) method using EXILL-FATIMA array of eight HPGe-Clover detectors and 16 fast-timing LaBr3(Ce) detectors at ILL-Grenoble. 177Hf; deduced levels, J, π, B(M1), B(E2), B(E1), configurations. Comparison to particle-rotor-model (PRM), and quasiparticle-phonon-model (QPM) calculations with multipole-multipole interactions. 176Hf; calculated microscopic structure of the lowest 2-qp vibrational states.
