Comparison with previous experimental values, and predictions of the sd IBM-2 calculations. Comparison of B(E2) values with those in 108,110Pd, 116,118Xe. Systematics of low-lying single-particle states in A=111-125 odd-A Sn isotopes, 1-, 3- and 5- states and B(E1) for 1- states in A=112-124 even-A Sn isotopes.
