Combined analysis of B(E2) from Coulomb excitation and g factor from recoil-in vacuum (RIV) method. 130,134Te; deduced level, B(E2) and g factors of first 2+ states. Comparison with previous experimental results, and with theoretical calculations. Systematics of g factors and B(E2) values for 130,132,134,136Te, and for first 2+, 4+ and 6+ states in 134Te.
