Comparison to theoretical calculations using reflection-asymmetric triaxial particle rotor model (RAT-PRM). From features of the simplex bands suggested that 217Ra exhibits an intermediate behavior between the extremes of spherical and octupole-deformed nuclei. Systematics of energy splittings and B(E1)/B(E2) ratios for 216Fr, 217Ra, 218Ac, 219Th, 232Th. Indian National Gamma Array (INGA) comprising of 13 Compton suppressed clover detectors and one low-energy photon spectrometer (LEPS) at 15UD Pelletron accelerator of Inter-University Accelerator Centre (New Delhi).

Comparison with tilted-axis cranking (TAC) shell-model calculations. Systematics of (πg9/2)(νh11/2) bands in 96,98,100,102,104Rh, 100,102,104,106Ag.

Comparison with large-scale shell model, and tilted axis cranking calculations.

NUCLEAR STRUCTURE 85Sr; calculated levels, J, π, configurations using large-scale shell model with JUN45 and jj44b interactions. Comparison with experimental data.
