Discussed possible configuration of newly observed isomeric state at 950 keV to be two-quasineutron K=8- and the two-quasiproton K=5-. Comparison to other experimental data. Radioactive target. Si-detectors array combined with γ-ray detector array consisted of 4 Ge detectors and 4 4x5 inch LaBr3 scintillators at Tokai Tandem accelerator facility of the Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA).
