Analysis show that admixtures of quasiparticle states into the collective vacuum configuration can transform the pattern of the energies and E2 matrix elements from γ-rigid to γ-soft character. Comparison to data obtained in COULEX experiments and results of calculations performed in the framework of quadrupole collective Bohr Hamiltonian (QCBH) approach.
