Coexistence of low-K oblate and high-K prolate g9/2 proton-hole bands in 115Sb

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 115In(α, 4n), E=52 MeV; measured reaction products, Eγ, Iγ; deduced γ-ray energies and relative intensities, partial level scheme, positive parity sequence transitions, low-K decoupled band. Comparison with the frameworks of the projected shell model and the total Routhian surface calculations. The Indian National Gamma Array (INGA), the K-130 Cyclotron at Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre (VECC), Kolkata, India.

Lifetimes and transition probabilities for low-lying yrast levels in 130, 132Te

RADIOACTIVITY 130,132Sb(β-); 130m,132mTe(IT) [from 233U(n, γ), E=thermal, followed by mass-separation of fission fragments by the Lohengrin separator at Institut Laue-Langevin, Grenoble]; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, isomer and level T1/2 by γ(t) and γγ(t) fast-timing method using four LaBr3(Ce) detectors and two Clover HPGe detectors, and analyzed using generalized centroid difference (GCD) method, and by slope method. 130,132Te; deduced levels, T1/2 of levels and isomers, B(E2) for yrast members of the g.s. bands up to 10+, configurations. Comparison with large-basis shell model calculations, and with previous experimental results. Systematics of B(E2) values for g.s. band members up to 10+ for 126,128,130,132,134Te.

Shape coexistence scenario in 150Sm from a γ-γ fast-timing measurement

RADIOACTIVITY 150Pm(β-)[from 150Nd(p, n), E=8.0 MeV at VECC-Kolkata]; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, level half-lives by γγ(t) using an array of six Compton-suppressed Clover HPGe detectors and VENTURE array of eight CeBr3 detectors. 150Sm; deduced levels, J, π, B(E2), ρ2(E0), shape coexistence and shape mixing. Comparison with IBM and DPPQ calculations. Systematics of B(E2) and ρ2(E0) values for 150,152Sm, 156,158Gd.
