Coulomb excitation. 33,36Ar; deduced Doppler-corrected γ spectra, levels, J, π, B(E2) using EUROBALL HPGe cluster detectors and HECTOR detector array. 33Ar, 33P; analyzed mirror energy differences (MED), B(E2). Systematics of B(E2) values for mirror pairs for A=18-38 nuclei. Comparison with shell model calculations.
