β-delayed proton emission from 26P and 27S

RADIOACTIVITY 26P, 27S(β+p), (β+2p)[from 9Be(32S, X), E=51.3 MeV/nucleon using ACCULINNA fragment separator at FLNR-Dubna facility]; measured E(p), I(p), (implants)(proton), β+p and β+2p events using gaseous optical time projection chamber (OTPC) detector, half-lives; deduced branching ratios for β+p and β+2p decay modes. 27P; deduced levels, J, π. Comparison of decay branching ratios and half-lives with previous experimental values. Discussed γ-to-proton emission probability ratio Γγp relevant to 26Si(p, γ)27P reaction rate.

Search for 2p decay of the first excited state of 17Ne

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 1H(18Ne, d), E=35 MeV/nucleon, [18Ne secondary beam from 9Be(20Ne, X), E=53 MeV/nucleon primary reaction]; measured deuterons, dpp-coin, time-of-flight, energy loss, missing mass and excitation energy spectra of 17Ne at Flerov Laboratory of Nuclear Reactions at JINR-Dubna. 17Ne; deduced level, upper limit of 2p-decay branch (Γ2pγ) of the first excited state of 17Ne and comparison with theoretical predictions.
