β-delayed proton emission from ²⁶P and ²⁷S

RADIOACTIVITY ²⁶P, ²⁷S(β⁺p), (β⁺2p)[from ⁹Be(³²S, X), E=51.3 MeV/nucleon using ACCULINNA fragment separator at FLNR-Dubna facility]; measured E(p), I(p), (implants)(proton), β⁺p and β⁺2p events using gaseous optical time projection chamber (OTPC) detector, half-lives; deduced branching ratios for β⁺p and β⁺2p decay modes. ²⁷P; deduced levels, J, π. Comparison of decay branching ratios and half-lives with previous experimental values. Discussed γ-to-proton emission probability ratio Γ_γ/Γ_p relevant to ²⁶Si(p, γ)²⁷P reaction rate.
