E(level): Level energies with ΔE<5 keV are deduced from least-squares fit to the Adopted Eγ data. The others are weighted averages from (α,p), (16O,13N), (d,n) and (3He,d).
Jπ(level): For high-spin states (J>9/2), assignments are generally as proposed in (36Ar,3pγ) (2008An06), based on γγ(θ) data, band structures, decay pattern, and yrast nature of population of states in heavy-ion γ-ray studies. Also based on DCO from 1999Vi12, R(DCO) and linear polarization from 2004Iz01. The assignments for low-spin states are primarily from pγ(θ) in (α,pγ) and (p,γ) together analysis of resonances in (p,γ). The assignments deduced from angular momentum transfers are stated in separate arguments
T1/2(level): From ΔS(a) measurements in 58Ni(α,pγ) reaction, except as noted.
E(γ): Weighted averages of all available data from γ-ray studies
I(γ): Primarily from 28Si(36Ar,3pγ) reaction (2008An06), unless otherwise stated
M(γ): From assignments in 2008An06 based on DCO ratios and band structure, except as noted. All mult=Q transitions are assumed as ΔJ=2, E2 and mult=D+Q as ΔJ=1, M1+E2 transitions. For levels below 9 MeV excitation, several assignments are from γ-ray linear polarization measurements and DCO data from 2004Iz01
