E(level): From a least-squares fit to γ-ray energies

Jπ(level): For levels above 1033 keV, the assignments are based on γ(θ) data in (α,3nγ) and γγ(θ)(ADO) in (7Li,5nγ), and sequences of levels connected by γ cascades, with the assumption that spins generally ascend with the excitation energy in the (HI,xnγ) type of reactions.

M(γ): From γ(θ) in (α,3nγ) and/or γγ(ADO) in (7Li,5nγ), with ΔJ=2 for Q and ΔJ=1 to d from γγ(ADO) where available, unless otherwise noted.
