E(level): Deduced by evaluator from a least-squares fit to adopted γ-ray energies.
Jπ(level): High-spin state structure is based on 149 and 173 keV levels, assigned respectively spins (13/2)+ and (11/2)+: 149 level is seen in (p,d) and (3He,α) with L=6, and is the head of yrast band observed in 186W(11B,p5nγ), where it is feed by 380.2γ M1 from 529 keV level, which in turn feeds 173 keV level through 355.9γ stretched E2; 173 keV level spin is restricted to 5/2+, 7/2/+,9/2+,11/2+ from 191Au ε decay. These arguments allow spins 11/2+ and 9/2+ for 149 and 173 keV levels, respectively, which are unlikely on view of systematics.
M(γ): From 191Au ε decay for transitions from levels below 1301 keV, and from 186W(11B,p5nγ) for higher energies, unless otherwise noted or commented.
