Identification and production of 164Tm by 1960Ab04 from decay of 164Yb
Precise mass measurement: 2005Li24
Q-value: Q(β-) value is from 1982AdZZ, where the population of 928, 952 and 1060 keV levels was reported in the decay of 164Yb to 164Tm, in sharp disagreement with Q(β-)=-887 29 in 2017Wa10. This discrepancy in Q(β-) value needs to be resolved by further experiments on mass measurements as well as on the decay of 164Yb. S(n), S(p) and Q(α) are from 2017Wa10
