Jπ(level): For high spin states (J>15/2) above 2 MeV, the assignments are from 1986Se07 based on γγ(θ) (DCO) and/or band associations
T1/2(level): For all excited states seen in the 136Ce(p,2nγ) reaction, except the 358 level, 1985Ko18 suggest T1/2|<1.5 ns from γ(t)
