Strongly resonating bosons in hot nuclei

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 64,70Zn(70Zn, X), (64Zn, X), 64Zn, 64Ni(64Zn, X), (64Ni, X), E=35 MeV/nucleon; analyzed experimental data from 4π NIMROD array at K150 cyclotron facility of Texas A and M University; deduced relative kinetic energy distribution of 2α events, excitation-energy distributions of 12C from 3α events, and 3Li from 3p events, probability ratios of direct-decay of 12C states into 3α particles of equal energies (DDE), and into a linear-decay (LD), probability ratios of decay of Hoyle state (HS) when 8Be g.s. energy is consistent with two α relative kinetic energies, or when the second largest energy is twice that of the 8Be g.s. energy. 8Be, 12C; discussed energy levels in hot nuclear matter, excitation of 12C states through multiresonance processes, and decay of 12C Hoyle state through 8Be.
