Revisiting anomalous B(E2;4⁺₁ → 2⁺₁)/B(E2;2⁺₁ → 0⁺₁) values in ⁹⁸Ru and ¹⁸⁰Pt

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²⁷Al(⁹⁸Ru, ⁹⁸Ru'), E=289 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin following projectile Coulomb excitation. ⁹⁸Ru deduced transitions B(E2). ¹²²Sn(⁶²Ni, 4n), E=265 MeV; measured Doppler-shifted Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ¹⁸⁰Pt deduced transitions T_1/2, B(E2). Comparison with previous results, model predictions.
