Comparison of Coulomb spreading widths with the values for other mass regions deduced from GDR γ-decay measurements in other compound-nucleus reactions.

C 95, 014329 (2017) Structure evolution and phase transition in odd-mass nuclei NUCLEAR STRUCTURE Z=30-95; analyzed level structures from g9/2, h11/2, and i13/2 orbitals in odd-mass nuclei within a unified framework by empirical correlations between ratios of excitation energies in the odd-mass nuclei and their even-even core nuclei; discussed transitions between the decoupling and strong coupling schemes in i13/2 structures of N≈90 neutron-odd nuclei and h11/2 structures of N≈70 proton-odd nuclei, and correlations with critical shape phase transitions from vibrator to rotor. Particle-plus-rotor model, and limiting coupling schemes of weak coupling, decoupling, and strong coupling, and transitions between them.
