E(level): From least-squares fit to Eγ’s
Jπ(level): From ΔJ=2 suggested by γ(θ) and γγ(θ) (DCO ratios) data. T1/2(level) further favors E2 (using RUL for E2 and M2 transitions). Ascending order of spins is generally assumed in (HI,xnγ) reactions
