E(level): From a least-squares fit to Eγ data for levels populated in γ-ray studies. Reduced χ2 of 2.8 is somewhat larger than critical χ2 of 1.2, as some of the primary Eγ values from capture states do not agree well with the fitted values. Above 1 MeV excitation, matching of level energies from different reactions is somewhat ambiguous due to high level density
