E(level): Most of adopted levels are reported in (p,γ) dataset with precise E(level) values, deduced based on measured γ-ray energies which however are not reported in references in (p,γ) dataset, while E(level) values from Eγ values with uncertainties in other datasets are less precise and the numbers of γ rays are much less than that of (p,γ) datasets. Therefore, a least-squares fit to available Eγ values with uncertainties would not produce E(level) values more precise and complete than those already reported in (p,γ) and the evaluators have adopted E(level) values from (p,γ) or averages of values based on Eγ data from all available datasets where applicable, as noted.
