E(level): From least-squares fit to adopted Eγ data when measured γ-ray energies are available. In other cases weighted averages are taken of values available from different reactions

Jπ(level): In particle-transfer reactions, target Jπ=1/2+ for 31P in (t,p) reaction, giving 33P Jπ=1/2+ when L=0, 3/2+ and 5/2+ when L=2 for strong levels, 5/2- and 7/2- when L=3 for strong levels; target Jπ=0+ for 34S in (d,3He) reactions, giving 33P Jπ=1/2+ when L=0, 3/2+ and 5/2+ when L=2, 7/2+ and 9/2+ when L=4.

T1/2(level): From (t,pγ) and/or (α,pγ) using DSAM (Doppler shift attenuation method). Weighted averages taken when values from both are available

E(γ): Values with ΔEγ are from (t,pγ), (α,pγ), 18O(18O,p2nγ) and 18O(18O,p2nγ). Weighted averages taken when Eγ data are available from several datasets. Some Others are deduced from level-energy differences.

I(γ): From weighted averages of all available data

M(γ): From (t,pγ) or (α,pγ) by γ(θ) or γγ(θ). γ(θ) or γγ(θ) give d and Q; M1 and E2, or, E1 and M2 have been used when spin-parities are established from other methods.
