Jπ(level): For high-spin states (J>11/2) the assignments are from γγ(θ) (DCO) and/or γ(θ) data and associated band structures. In Jπ arguments, ΔJ=2 statement refers to stretched quadrupole (most likely E2) transition and ΔJ=1 to stretched dipole (with possible quadrupole admixture) transition

M(γ): From ce data in 135Pr decay when multipolarity is explicitly defined such as M1, E2, etc. The assignments d or Q (most likely E2) are from angular correlation/distribution data in high-spin reactions.
