Persistence of the Z=28 shell gap in A=75 isobars: Identification of a possible (1/2-)μs isomer in 75Co and β decay to 75Ni

RADIOACTIVITY 75mCo(IT); 75Co(β-), (β-n)[from in-flight fission in 9Be(238U, F), E=345 MeV/nucleon, followed by separation of fragments of interest using BigRIPS separator and ZeroDegree spectrometer (ZDS) at RIBF-RIKEN facility]; measured Eγ, Iγ, βγ- and βγγ-coin, half-life of 75mCo decay by (ion)γ(t) using active beam stopper WAS3ABi with double-sided silicon strips detectors (DSSSDs) for fragment and β detection and EURICA array of 12 clusters HPGe detectors for γ rays. 74,75Ni; deduced levels, J, π, multipolarities of two transitions, configurations, β feedings, β-n feedings, logft values. 75Co; deduced lower limit of %β-n. 75mCo; deduced isomer, energy, J, π, transition multipolarity and half-life of the micro-sec isomer. Comparison with the large-scale shell-model calculations using PFSDG-U interaction in the pf-sdg space. Systematics of low-lying levels in 69,71,73,75Co.
