Comparison with PACE4 and ALICE-91 statistical model calculations; and with experimental data for other heavy-ion reactions. Disagreement of experimental cross sections in α-emitting channels with PACE4 calculations attributed to incomplete fusion, discussed impact of frozen α-cluster structure of 12C.
