Collectivity in ⁶⁶Ge and ⁶⁸Ge via lifetime measurements

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁵⁸Ni(¹⁰B, pn), E=28 MeV; ⁵⁸Ni(¹²C, 2p), E=38 MeV; measured Eγ, half-lives of first 2+ states by recoil-distance Doppler shift using a plunger device and SPEEDY array at WNSL, Yale. ^66,68Ge; deduced level, B(E2). Comparison with large-scale shell-model calculations.
