High-resolution study of T_z = +1 → 0 Gamow-Teller transitions in the ²⁶Mg (³He, t)²⁶Al reaction

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²⁶Mg(³He, t), E=140 MeV/nucleon; measured triton spectra, σ(θ) using the Grand Raiden spectrometer at RCNP, Japan. ²⁶Al; deduced levels, L-transfers, J, π, widths, analog states, Gamow-Teller transitions, B(GT) strengths. Comparison with previous experimental data, evaluated data in the ENSDF database, and with theoretical calculations using random phase approximation. Discussed isospin symmetry of T=2 Gamow-Teller states by comparing with the results of ²⁶Mg(d, ²He), (t, ³He)²⁶Na reactions.
