Collective nature of low-lying excitations in ^{70, 72, 74}Zn from lifetime measurements using the AGATA spectrometer demonstrator

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²³⁸U(⁷⁶Ge, X), E=577 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, (ion)γ-coin, level half-lives of first 2+, 4+ and 6+ states by recoil-distance Doppler shift method using a plunger device, AGATA array and PRISMA magnetic spectrometer at INFN, Legnaro facility. ^70,72,74Zn, ⁷⁶Ge; deduced levels, J, π, B(E2). Comparison with previous experimental studies, and with the state-of-the-art shell-model calculations. Discussed need for new measurements of level half-lives.
