Obtained pre-neutron mass-distribution is compared with four different calculations: the dynamical Brownians%hape motion (BSM) model, the microscopic scission point model (SPY2), the improved macromicroscopic scission point model (SPM), and the semiempirical GEneral Fission (GEF) model. VAMOS++ heavy-ion magnetic spectrometer with new SEcond Detection (SED) arm for coincident pair fragment detection at GANIL.

RADIOACTIVITY 137Te(β-), (β-n)[from 235U(n, F), E=thermal at the high flux reactor of Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL), followed by separation of fragments using LOHENGRIN separator]; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, βγ-coin using two clover Ge detectors surrounded by BGO anti-Compton shields, and a coaxial HPGe detector for γ radiation, and plastic scintillators for β radiation. 137I; deduced levels, J, π, β feedings, logft, shell-model configurations and wave function amplitudes. 136I; deduced one level at 87.3 keV through the observation of g.s. transition. 137Te; measured T1/2 of its decay by time distribution of β-decay events; estimated lower limit of %β-n or Pn decay mode. Comparison of level structure of 137I with theoretical shell-model (SM) calculations.

Discussed systematics of configurations, and octupole admixtures for the known bands in 109Te, 110Te and 111I.

Comparison with experimental and theoretical values of two 1+ states in 82As and 80Ga. Comparison with empirical core-particle coupling model and fully microscopic treatment within Skyrme-QRPA (quasiparticle random-phase approximation) approach. Discussed Gamow-Teller fragmentation due to tensor correlations and couplings to 2p-2h excitations. 82Ga(β-); measured half-life from growth-decay curve for 1348-keV γ ray, and compared with earlier experimental value. 81,82,82mAs, 81,81mGe, 82Ga, 130,132Sb, 132Sn(β-), 82Ga(β-n); observed γ rays from fission fragments present in the sample.
