Jπ(level): Tentative values from (40Ca,3p2nγ), based on level systematics in neighboring n=48 odd-A nuclei (1995Ro06), except as noted. Supported by shell-model calculations in (p1/2, g9/2) configuration space for both protons and neutrons; the calculations describe the π=+ yrast states well.
