E(level): From least-squares fit to Eγ’s, except for three levels which are from particle-transfer reactions only.

M(γ): From ce data in 165Yb ε decay for γ rays from low-spin (J|<9/2) states and from γγ(θ)(DCO) data in 154Sm(15N,4nγ),150Nd(19F,4nγ) for γ rays from high-spin states. The mult=Q is most likely stretched E2; mult=D+Q is most likely ΔJ=1, M1+E2 and mult=d is most likely ΔJ=1, E1 or in rare cases ΔJ=0, E1.
