E(level): From least-squares fit to Eγ data for levels populated in γ-ray studies
Jπ(level): For high-spin (J>11/2) states populated in Coulomb Excitation, the assignments are based on the rotational band assignments. These assignments are considered more definitive for bands based on intrinsic states 7/2[523], 3/2[411] and 1/2[411], than for other bands. For levels populated in (γ,γ’), the assignments for most levels are limited to (5/2,7/2,9/2) due to dipole excitation from 7/2- g.s. These are further restricted to (7/2,9/2) or (9/2) depending on deexcitation to either or both the first two excited states at 94.7, 9/2- and 209.8, 11/2-.
T1/2(level): From B(E2) in Coulomb excitation and adopted γ-ray branching ratios, unless otherwise stated
