Jπ(level): Jπ assignments for levels up to 21- are from (α,6nγ) (1980LuZV, 1979LuZZ) and are based on multipolarities determined by authors from their ce and γ(θ) data, unless otherwise noted. α cascade to g.s. consisting of stretched Q transitions is built up to 18+.
