E(level): From least-squares fit to Eγ’s

Jπ(level): From γ(θ) and/or γγ(θ) (DCO) data in (HI,xnγ) experiments and possible band assignments. For low-spin levels (J<11/2), assignments are from 1989Vi04 based on possible ε feedings (as given by 1989Vi04) from the decay of low-spin (49 s) 135Pm activity. In Jπ arguments, ΔJ=2 statement refers to stretched quadrupole (most likely E2) transition and ΔJ=1 to stretched dipole (with possible quadrupole admixture) transition

T1/2(level): From RDDS in (HI,xnγ) (1993Wi09), unless otherwise indicated

I(γ): Relative photon branching from each level. For SD band transitions, values are relative intensities within the SD band, normalized to ≈1.0 for the most intense transition in the SD band
