Comparison of experimental level structure with shell-model calculations using SDPF-MU interactions, and IMSRG calculation. Comparison of momentum distributions with distorted-wave impulse approximation (DWIA), and transfer to continuum (TC) methods. Comparison of inclusive cross sections with LISE++ theoretical calculations. ^{49}Cl; calculated levels, J, π, T_{1/2} of levels, B(E2), B(M1) using SDFP-MU shell-model. ^{45,47,49}Cl; calculated levels, J, π, spectroscopic factors using shell-model and ab initio approaches. ^{41,43,45,47}Cl; spin inversion issue not settled. Comparison of experimental and theoretical (from CGF) energy difference between the first 1/2+ and 3/2+ states in ^{35,36,37,38,39,40,41,43,45,47,49,51,53}Cl, ^{37,38,39,40,41,43,45,47,49,51,53,55}K.
