NUCLEAR REACTIONS 222,223,225,226,229,230Th, 228,229,231,232Pa, 234,235,238U, 238Np(γ, F), E=13-14 MeV; 219,223,227Ac(γ, F), E ≈ 16 MeV; analyzed elemental, isotonic, and isobaric experimental fission fragment yields in Coulex experiments obtained at R3B/SOFIA setups (2019CH20); deduced average value of the atomic number of the light and heavy fission fragments, centroid positions of the light and heavy peaks of the isotonic yields, average total prompt-neutron multiplicity. Discussed the influence of deformed neutron and proton shells on the fission process.

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 238U(238U, F), E=650 MeV/nucleon; measured mass and charge coincidences, elemental, isobaric and isotopic yields and mass distribution of fission fragments of Z=29-62, N=43-95, A=71-156 in 238U(γ, F) using the SOFIA experimental setup and around the ALADIN magnet at GSI. Comparison with the GEF model calculations, and with 238U(n, F) data in ENDF-BVII.1 and JEFF.3.1.

Presaddle and postsaddle dissipative effects in fission using complete kinematics measurements

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 1H(208Pb, F), E=500 MeV/nucleon; measured fission fragments, fission cross sections, prescission neutron multiplicities and average neutron excess of the final fission fragments as function of atomic number of fissioning nuclei by magnetic rigidity and time-of-flight techniques at GSI facility. Kinematics of the two fission fragments used for the first time to investigate fission dynamics at small and large deformations. Comparison of measured cross sections with model calculations using INCL4.6+ABLA07 codes.

Proton-induced fission cross sections on 208Pb at high kinetic energies

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 1H(208Pb, X), E=370, 500, 650 MeV/nucleon; measured fission fragment distributions, fission yields and fission σ(E) at GSI facility. Comparison with previous experimental data at E=50-1000 MeV/nucleon, and with Prokofiev's systematics. Benchmarking of model calculations using the intranuclear cascade code INCL4.6 coupled to the deexcitation code ABLA07. 208Pb(n, X), E=20-1000 MeV; analyzed fission σ(E).
