Comparisons with interacting boson model (IBM-2) calculations based on the SkM* energy-density functional. Systematics of ground bands, and excited positive-parity level energies up to 8+ in 168,170,172,174,176,178,180,182,184Os.

NUCLEAR STRUCTURE 180,182,184,186,188Hg; calculated rotational bands built on first two 0+ states, B(E2), wavefunction amplitudes using two-state mixing in VMI model.
