C 103, 064316 (2021) O.Koshchii, M.Gorchtein, X.Roca-Maza, H.Spiesberger Beam-normal single-spin asymmetry in elastic scattering of electrons from a spin-0 nucleus NUCLEAR REACTIONS 12C, 28Si, 40Ca, 90Zr, 208Pb(e, e), E=0.57-3 GeV; analyzed beam-normal single-spin asymmetry (BNSSA) observed in the PREX collaboration for 208Pb, called the PREX puzzle using plane-wave formalism and Compton scattering cross section data for 12C, 27Al, 49Ti, 64Cu, 109Ag and 197Au; deduced average values and corresponding theoretical uncertainties for the Compton slope parameter; predicted kinematical conditions of soon-to-be published measurements by the PREX-II, CREX, and Qweak collaborations at Jefferson Lab.
