High-spin structure of 104Pd

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 96Zr(13C, 5n), E=51, 58 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, DCO ratios, γγ(linear pol) using Euroball IV spectrometer, DIAMANT charged-particle array. 104Pd; deduced medium and high-spin levels, J, π, multipolarities, bands, B(M1)/B(E2) ratios, alignments, configurations. Odd-even staggering for bands in 102Ru and 104Pd. B(E1) strengths in 100,104Pd, 117,119Cd. Systematics of first 3- states and E(second 2+)/E(first 4+) in 96,98,100,102Mo, 96,98,100,102,104,106,108Ru, 102,104,106,108,110Pd. Comparison with Woods-Saxon total Routhian surface (TRS) calculations. Soft γ-vibrational excitations.
